How Our Network Works

A clean, freshly coated epoxy garage floor in a Salem Lakes home

Who You Talk To

When you reach out, you speak with a call line that gathers a few basics. It is not a coating company. Its job is to understand your floor and pass your request to an independent provider in our network. Calls are answered Monday to Friday, 9am to 9pm ET.

What the Provider May Ask

Expect simple questions. A provider may want to know:

  • Is the floor in a garage, basement or another space?
  • Do you see cracks, peeling, stains or damp spots?
  • Has it been coated or sealed before?
  • About how large is the area?
  • Do you have photos?

There are no wrong answers. Rough guesses are fine.

Questions to Ask Before You Choose

A good provider will not mind questions. Try these:

  • How will you prepare the surface, and will you test for moisture?
  • What product do you use, and why for this floor?
  • How long before I can walk or park on it?
  • What does the written quote include?
  • What warranty terms do you offer, in writing?
  • Can I see your license and proof of insurance?

Typical U.S. prices for garage floor coating vary a lot by size, floor condition and product. Get a written quote so you can compare.

The Decision Is Yours

Talking to a provider does not commit you to anything. You can ask for more than one estimate. You can take time to think. We only make the introduction. The work, the price and the agreement stay between you and the provider.

When your floor starts to flake or stain, it helps to ask early. Small now, bigger later.
