Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply when you use trackingcategories.homes and the referral service Trackingcategories Floor Coating offers through it. If you browse the site, call its phone number or send a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template and not legal advice.

What We Offer

Trackingcategories Floor Coating is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent epoxy, polyaspartic and concrete floor coating providers. We do not sell coatings, prepare or coat floors, or repair concrete. We are also not a party to any agreement you make with a provider.

Providers Are Independent

The providers you are connected with are separate companies. Each one is solely responsible for its quotes, pricing, scheduling, products, workmanship, warranties, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or control providers. We make no promise about their availability, timing, work or results.

Before you hire anyone, we suggest that you check their credentials, ask for proof of insurance and get a written estimate.

For Information Only

The content on this site is general information. It is not professional, legal, financial or engineering advice. Any cost figures are typical U.S. ranges that vary from job to job, and none of them is a quote. Please confirm details with a qualified provider.

Using the Site Fairly

Please give accurate information and use the site lawfully. Do not disrupt the site, and do not try to enter areas you are not allowed to access.

Calls and Follow-Up

When you call or send a form, you agree that we and the provider we refer you to may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be logged or recorded for quality and billing. To stop further contact, email contact@trackingcategories.homes.

Who Owns What

The site's content and design belong to Trackingcategories Floor Coating or to those who license them to us. You need our permission before copying or reusing them for commercial purposes.

Limits on Liability

To the extent the law allows, Trackingcategories Floor Coating is not responsible for loss or damage tied to your use of the site, to any provider's products or services, or to any agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered as is, without warranties of any kind.

We may change these terms when needed. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new version.
